At Kowtow, we are committed to ethical production and your complete satisfaction. If your garment isn't quite right, you can return full-priced items within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original compostable packaging, ensuring all organic cotton tags and labels remain attached.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to your local postal service and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
